note tracker 3bet vs limper raiser

I'm trying to make a note tracker note for a case when hero 3bet a vilain who tried to isolate limper, so the sequence is: vilain1 limp, vilain2 raise, hero 3bet
I try to create this situation like this:

player: Raised Preflop any 3bet
opponent: (First Action Opporutiny to Raise Limpers) AND (Raised Preflop any 2bet)

But its not working, any ideas?

Do you mean specifically when "hero" (i.e. you) made the 3bet, or do you use "hero" here to mean the player you're taking the note on?
If it's the latter then that looks like it should be OK - in what way is it not working?
If you meant the first case then I'm not sure who you're taking the note on - can you give us an example?

By Hero I mean the player I'm taking the note on.
Seems its working. The problem was I didnt activate the note before testing
