Auto notes not created

I purged all my auto notes, when I come to new table, i have players on which I have over 1k hands but no single auto notes
1) are the auto notes not created when I come across players? how can i solve that to have all the notes when I meet those player? I let run in BG the creation of autonotes by clicking "run" under status

My opponent limped 65o in BU, the hand goes to SD, however it does not record it as auto note right after the hand but only much much later..
2) why doesn't it record it directly?

New hands should be processed first, but processing hands for NoteTracker is fairly slow. How later was much much later? Depending how many tables you were playing a few minutes doesn't seem unreasonable.

I uploaded below one of the notetracker rule i have where I want to know the BU shoving range between 5-12bb. I tested it on a hand where I (here clicked) shove 7bb in BU with ATs, both blinds have 10bb. but it does not generate so obviously there is sth wrong with my formula. can you check and let me know? thanks a lot

I think that should be working. Notes aren't automatically taken on Hero by default - did you change that setting?
