Using NoteTracker for multiple sites...

Can I import my custom notes from site A to site B as long as they are both cash notes or MTT notes?

Notes are attached to players not sites - a NoteTracker note will work on all players regardless of site unless you added a site specific filter.

Hmmm, that's strange. I just tried out a new site and although the HUD was working perfectly, the notes didn't trigger once after 2 hours of play.

So if I move from Merge to WPN, all my custom notes shouldn't be affected at all? There's nothing I need to do change?

No, you shouldn't need to change anything as long as you didn't add a site filter to your custom notes, which I doubt you would have.

If you have a note which isn't working and a hand which you think should have the note but doesn't please attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate for you.

Thank you. Seems to be working now, although it takes 10+ hands for the notes to be appear... and when they do, it all happens at once instead of one by one. After it does start noting, it happens in a timely fashion (1 or 2 hands after it should be noted. Any ideas as to what might cause this?

Is your machine on the older/slower side? How large is your database?

I have an i5 intel Asus laptop (2 .5 years old), a month old DB but I have more than 1.5K notetracker notes easily and I use PPH w/ addons. Waiting for an upgrade from 4 OEM GB to 8 GB Crucial memory. Should be delivered any day now. I'm hoping this will help. My ram usage rate is about 60% without any poker client or poker programs open so I'm guessing this is the main culprit. My CPU is 4%.

Sounds like the RAM upgrade will likely improve things for you considerably all around. Let me know if you continue to have the same behavior after upgrading.
