Table Tracker

I have upgraded to PT4 and subscribed to table tracker but it freezes after about 5 seconds. The only way to solve the problem is to kill the task. I have submitted a ticket and the log but has anyone else had a similar problem and got this fixed somehow?

We'll take a look in your ticket and get back to you. I'm not aware of other freezing problems with TableTracker in 4.11.11.

I was having that same problem too. It apparently fixed itself, but now it is taking forever to search tables. It searches like 1 table a minute.

What sites are you both searching for?
We are aware that PokerStars searches are freezing for a small number of users and the development team are investigating, but I don't recall any reports of slow searches so juampa945 please also open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

It is on Pokerstars I am searching. I will open a support ticket. But could it be that my database is too full and it is slowing down searches or could it be somerthing else related to postgreSQL?
Is there any way to speed it up?

Database size won't affect search speed, but the filling in of the data/stats would be affected. Do you see the table list fill all at once then the stats fill in slowly?

I have the same problem with nl types of bets on Pokerstars.

Can you tell us exactly what problem you have, please? There were a couple of different issues mentioned in this thread.

When i begin my search on Pokerstars ( bet nl 0,10$ and others but dollars only, in other currencys it works correctly) Pokertracker and Tabletracker become in freeze state in several seconds after start. After it i can turn off ones in task manager. Other sites work correctly. Problems with Pokerstars on NoLimit dollar bets only.
