I don't see a cleaner way however you are going to need to add a filter for not having a squeeze opportunity because if the 3bet was a pot sized squeeze then it could fall under those percentages e.g:
SB $1
BB $2
2Bet $6
Call $6
3Bet $27 (180% of the pot)
Furthermore the number of limper(s) in a pot are also going to affect the percentages:
SB $1
BB $2
Limp $2
2Bet $6
3Bet $23 (209% of the pot)
