cómo activar note tracker

Hola, no se como se me desactivó el note tracker y no consigo activarlo, alguien me puede ayudar?
Es para que se vean las notas automáticas en el HUD, gracias!
Intenté activarlo de todas las maneras y no pude, huce purga de las notas y tampoco no se que hacer ya

If you purged the notes then they will need to be processed again via 'NoteTracker -> Status -> Run'.

NoteTracker will not take notes if you've used a future date on the 'Status' tab or if you have deactivated/deleted your NoteTracker definitions on the 'Edit' tab.
