Doubt when make a spot which involved 3 players preflop

Hi, my doubt is that when I'm in BB and I want to 3bet vs SB rol, I can't choose (or I don't know how to do that) the open limp position.
Any expert on this can help me?

It's not possible to create a NoteTracker definition for that as there are no built-in filters for the positions of limpers/callers.
