TABLETRACKER CAN NOT WORK

Every i press search it say "You must select at least one site and at least one limit to search",and actually i have selected pokerstars

Which site have you checked in the Sites area on the left, and what Stakes do you have checked?

Which stakes in the Low drop down did you actually add a check mark to on the left hand side?

it is ok now.but another problem,"

What firewall/antivirus software are you using?

i use JINGSHANDUBA ,but i have try close it and close my windows firewall ,it does not work too.

Sometimes just closing a firewall won't stop it interfering. That is the most likely cause of problems so please read our Firewall Guide.

If you still don't get any data please restart PT4 and try another search then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
