Open shove note

I made a note for open shove at eff stack size 12-16 [imghttp://img443.imageshack.us/img443/6052/openshovenote.png][/img].
It seems to make a note when hero min raised AKo and opponent 3b shoved.
What is wrong with the definition?

The easiest way to correct this is to add NOT (Second Action - Any Action) on the Actions and Opportunities -> Preflop -> Action Sequence area. That will make sure you only take one action preflop - which must be raising all-in.
