Tourney Note Tracker Reports

Hi

Is it possible to create a report to show all players I have notes on either created by Auto Note Tracker or myself?

I would like to be able to see the colour code I have assigned them as I match these to the pokerstars colours so can see who is at tables but it would also be good if I could run a report to see the notes as well.

If this is possible please let me know how...

If you create an All Players report on the My Reports page you can add the filter expression:
player.flg_note

and that will narrow things down to players with manually entered notes.

To narrow it down to players with NoteTracker notes instead use:

tourney_hand_player_statistics.id_player in (SELECT na.id_player from notes_auto na where flg_tournament)

Colors count as manual notes, unfortunately there is no easy display mechanism for those in that report at the moment.

Hi

Have now got a list of the players with notes, how can I see the notes I have on each player?

If I right click and select a player it allows me to edit the notes but I only see the colour I have selected for them not the actual written notes?

Giving someone a color counts as a note for this report's purpose - so that might be why you see people like that. You would see any manually entered notes from that window also.

Yeah I get the coloured note, but when I look at that player in a replayer window for a hand I have actaul notes such as the shaun deeb auto generated ones. But when i select that same player from the report I have just run it will only show me the colour and not any of the other notes?

Automated notes can't display when coming from a report because those are tied to gametypes (so you don't see omaha notes when playing holdem or fixed limit notes when playing NL, etc). Since we can't combine the notes, we don't show them. It will continue to work from the replayer though since then we know which ones to display.

So to see the notes you have to go to the replayer and find that player that way.
