Thats no 3bet during blind battle.
Who made this note? Should I delete all autonotes and only install the correct ones?

It looks like you have an older version of that note. I've attached the working version here for you. Import this one and use it (you'll see that raise first in is attached to small blind to specifically exclude this scenario) and get rid of the other one. Then you'll want to purge notes and re-run NT to get things set up and working right.
