Ive had this issue forever and its been subtly building up to a post, basically sometimes i cant take manual notes (definitely on lock not sure about other site) because after taking the first manual note any notes henceforth do not end up saving -- like you click save go back and it didnt save

Are you using more than one database in the Hud?
If so, we have that issue under investigation - please open a Support Ticket and we'll link you into our system so that you get a notification when the fix is released.

it seems to work fine when using a single db
