Im trying to do a position note , I see helpful text "8 is always the big blind, 9 is always the small blind"

Im doing this note for 6 max. so its

Btn , sb , bb, UTG, MP, C/o
0....9....8...3.......2......1 ?

or

0.....5....4...3...2...1 ?

and what numbers first to act ? (UTG ) ?

Does this identify UTG raising at 6 max ?

(players Dealt into Hand Between 2 and 6) AND (Position of first Raiser Position of Exactly 3) AND (raised First in)

(Text to Insert as note)

UTG rse {cardrange} <<<< and is {cardrange} enough for the UTG raises that get seen to be recorded in the note?

Correct.

That will identify UTG when there are exactly 6 players dealt it.
When there are 5 players there will not be a position 3, so it depends exactly what situation you want to identify?
