Note not applied to hero

I have a Note "Bluff bets river" that has the definition: Player: (Bet River Any River Bet) AND (Made Hand - High Card On River)

The aim is to get a note when player bets on the river with just a high card.

However, then I have this hand:

Shen I test the above note on this hand (With Include Hero checked!) on the NoteTracer editor, I would expect to get that note applied on Hero, but it's actually not.

Any idea what might be the issue? If you wish, I can create a ticket and attach the original hand there.

That definitely should get noted - please export the note definition and hand and attach both to a support ticket and we'll look into it.

Ok, this is pretty weird. I tried to apply the note again to hero today (without doing nothing to PT4, it had just been running overnight importing hands to another datamining database) and now it works... Go figure... I was creating the support ticket and just to test the note, I created a new empty databse, imported just the single troublesome hand and tested the note there and it worked and then I tested it on my main database and now it works!

Weird... So no ticket as it does seem to work now.
