Got many other stats working but cant seem to get this one :

Either

Hero jams 15bb ; Villain calls his 6bb stack

or

Hero jams 15bb ; Villain covers and calls


Can't seem to get the Villain's action to notetrack in either circumstance

How exactly do you have those set up, and what behavior are you seeing when you test them?

I have player called 2bet and

I've tried using Player :Faced All in and also tried Opponent : Raised All In

You'll probably be best off using the Preflop Actions Encountered With Sizes area's filter "Faced All-In", add called 2bet and then add NOT(face 3bet or 4bet+).
