Hello, in notetracker> edit> filters, only the option appears of player, the option does not appear of opponent.

I'm not sure what you're saying here. You can edit the Opponent filters by clicking the Opponent button. The way this works is that the note is taken on a player if he matches the Player filters, and if there are any Opponent filters some Opponent (who is not player) has to also match them (all) in that hand as well.
