Autonote deactivation purge previous autonotes?

As the title, when I deactivate an autonote, previous notes generated by the autonote were automatically deleted? Or I have to manually purge them?

You still need to manually purge them. Deactivating it just means that notes from that definition won't be taken anymore going forward.
