TableTracker is unable to open PokerStars tables

I have been testing the TableTracker with PokerTracker 4.06.4 on Windows 7. I play at PokerStars and the client is always the newest version.

I get the following error message:

Unable to open table 'XXX'
Keep in mind that some sites are required to be launched through PokerTracker in order for the table opening to work properly.
You may also need to adjust the lobby filters at the site so the tables being launched are visible in the table list.

It makes no difference, whether the PokerStars client is launched through TableTracker - and whether the table filter is off. The error message is the same.

Also, I can add, that the default PokerStars client launch from PokerTracker does not work. PokerStars can only be launched, if I replace the PokerStars.exe start file with PokerStarsUpdate.exe. The error message is, that PokerStars support department has to be contacted, which should not be necessary.

Also, for what it is worth, I tried the if1.enc file delete fix. It had no effect.

Updated today the PS client. TT can't launch the client now. Started PS client alone as suggested in another post and then tried again to launch it on TT and still won't work.

I'll make sure this gets looked into. In the meantime, please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

This will help us in working on a fix and we'll be able to get you notification when there is a fix (and if there isn't a general problem, we'll be able to figure out what you need to change to get things working for you).

I received a support message, that said, that this problem would be fixed in PokerTracker 4.07. However, this is not true. I downloaded the 4.07, installed it, started it, started TableTracker, searched tables, launched PokerStars through TableTracker, logged in and launched a desired table from TableTracker. PokerStars crashed instantly! I have never seen that before. I was given 25 trial searches. I have used the first 15 on these erronious attempts.

Please restart your computer and re-run the installer and try again.

And CaptSmith, please create a support ticket for your trial search issues and we can see what we can do to extend that for you.

Same crash. Restarted and re-installed and still crashes. Sending ticket.

Hi. The last update didn't solved the problem. Installed and it crashed Pokerstars when opening table. Restarted pc and re-installed and problem remains.
