Same problem. Worked for some time with last version of PT and suddently stoped launching FTP. This last update didn't fix it. When launching FTP via TT nothing happens and no error message. i'm running as administrator and have latest version of PT4.

I'll make sure this gets looked into. In the meantime, please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

This will help us in working on a fix and we'll be able to get you notification when there is a fix (and if there isn't a general problem, we'll be able to figure out what you need to change to get things working for you).

This last update for PT fixed it. Hope it holds up.
