10 most needed notes

in HUD I can see only 10 notes. How can I choose which one is most needed for me? change numbers? and is any possibility to move some notes to another popups? like in notecaddy.

You can set it to show all notes via the Hud -> Edit Hud Options, General Settings -> Advanced page.
The first 10 notes listed alphabetically are those displayed so if you change the text for those notes you want to see highest you can sort them in that way.
