table tracker problem

Hi

I recently bought pokertracker 4, probably about 3 weeks ago now but when I bought it the table tracker worked fine and as of about 4 days ago it just stopped working. when I click start search a message comes up saying that '' there were no tables matching your criteria''.

I definitely have it configured correctly. I play on party poker. There was an upgrade on party poker a about a week ago and i wonder if it has anything to do with that?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It is possible - a quick search I did didn't return any results either (and it should have).

Please create a support ticket and let us know what stakes you are searching for also. We'll make sure the developers are aware of this issue if they aren't already and we'll make sure you get notification when a fix is available. We will also gladly extend your subscription for the duration of the downtime once the issue is resolved.

I was searching $0.04 tables but I also tried other tables like $0.20 and nothing came up either. I'll let you know when it is fixed.
