Cancellation issues

I cancelled table tracker as soon as I installed PT4. I never wanted it in the first place, and failed to install PT4 without putting this down too, but that's another story.

Anyway, I've just got an email telling me I'm going to be charged 14.99 a month unless I opt out, even though I already have. It won't let me cancel by following the instructions on the email, as it says I have already done it.

I won't be impressed if I am charged 14.99! Will I be? If not then all is fine for me, except you might want to sort your automatic email system out to avoid annoying people...

You can cancel your TableTracker subscription via the TableTracker Cancellations page. If you have problems with that please open a Support Ticket with your request and the person in charge will sort things out for you.
