when i attempt to search for micro tables on Merge network/ sportsbook poker it says "there were no tables that met our criteria" even though i have the site open to tables that are currently playing.
is this a known problem? and does anyone know if i can fix it myself?
I am searching for 25nl and 50nl, and I have not other options selected. It was working fine yesterday.

I'm not seeing data returned either. I'll make sure that the development team knows of this and if you create a support ticket we can make sure you're notified when this outage is fixed and we will gladly extend your subscription by the length of the downtime at no charge.

Your ticket is in the right place. I don't know why you haven't gotten any response yet but I'll look into that for you.

well, it's been eleven days and i received one response from support telling me they expected to have it fixed by this previous wednesday. haven't heard anything since, and i've left two messages on the ticket. what is going on with this? i understand you guys will give me credit for downtime, but i need this thing working already.
