I posted about this several months ago but took a long break from poker. Now I get on PT4, and I see tabletracker still says my search criteria didn't produce any results. I am choosing merge network, 0.25/0.50. My forum post was not resolved the first time- https://www.pokertracker.com/forums/vie ... 62&t=49968. Is this still not working?

You can review your ticket history on your My Tickets page -- as you may recall, we did have things working within a week of that post.
