Table Tracker not working

So I just got it and everythings fine except it won't open the table "unable to open table '****' Keep in mind that some sites are required to be launched through pokertracker in order for the table to work properly. You may also need to adjust the Lobby filters at the site so the tables being launched are visible in the table list"

So when I do this my virus protection software (mcAfee) says a trojan has been detected and quarantined ao I unquarantined it and turned firewall and real time scanning off and tried again but I still get this message and the table doesn't launch...

how can I fix this?

I tried to do what it says but those files don't come up when i search for them in the browse

Then please create a support ticket and attach screenshots of what you do see and we'll work with you to get things properly configured.
