Wrong notes on players who seats out

Guys, how can I avoid situations when note tracker takes notes on players who seats out?

For example, player seats out at big blind and obviously automaticaly folds having 2BB and I have notetracker tacking notes on this player about how nity he is although in reality he didn't take any decesions.

And there are lot other situations preflop like this.

If a player is dealt cards but sitting out in a tournament PT4 cannot tell that fact, so there is nothing you can do to eliminate this situation from stats or notes. In a cash game, of course, if he's sitting out he won't be dealt cards and thus no data would be taken on him.

At least at PS there is clear:
