so the way I have this set up, I want it to note anytime a player raises and someone calls w/ QQ+ except when there is already another call after the raise and when the effective stack size is 41-60 BB deep...
Do you see any issues here?
The filter with 4 is player and 1 is opponent.

You don't want "Second Preflop Action Call" unless you want limp/calls or times he calls a 2bet and then calls something else. The second action filter is for that player's second action. You can just remove that filter entirely, as you have already specified that he's calling a 2bet.
The opponent filter doesn't hurt anything but doesn't add anything either -- for a player to call a 2bet some opponent must have made a raise. If you want to eliminate limpers you would need to use raise first in for opponent or as player use Preflop Limping That Occurred in Hand Details.

I get it.... one more question.
If I wanted to exclude any calls after the raise and before the player flats w/ QQ+, do I just add the "call preflop, any call" then NOT it?

No, that means the player in question didn't make a call. So that won't work. If you add that they didn't have a squeeze opportunity you'll get what you want -- you have a chance to squeeze when there's been a raise and at least one call before the action got to you.

So it's like the 3B calling range from blinds filter where I need to NOT the squeeze opportunity?

Yeah, that's going to be the easiest way.
