Posted: Wed Feb 19, 2014 12:43 pmWhat could cause this to be blank? I went over all my filters but couldn't find one with an empty description. Might this happen if there are too many characters in the field?

Posted: Wed Feb 19, 2014 12:47 pmIt shouldn't but you can use the Test screen to see -- just only select the note with the really long field and use the Test button and it'll show you how the note would print.
