table scanning problem

Hello there,
I'm having a problem with table scanning with table tracker specific at pokerstars network. I'm taking the message "There were no tables that met your criteria." every time I try to scan the tables. I've tried to scan full tilt and ongame and the scan completed.

I'm having the same issue.
But, I also went out of the way to accuse ppl within my house of screwing up the settings.
please fix

There must have been a change in the PokerStars software - I see the same thing now and I have notified our development team.

I just tried to scan and it worked. Then I came here to post it and I saw your post about fix. It took 4 days to fix but I'm a patient guy that's why I play poker
