Table Tracker Problem

Hello.
I use table tracker today and find that problem.
When I search table, there are only show about 30% number of table.
After that, I search about 5 times again.
Then, there is a window say that
"PokerTracker was unable to communicate with the server at this time. Please try again in a few minutes.
If this problem persists, please contact PokerTracker support."
I try to search about 4 hours today.
However, this problem is continuous.
Can you help me?

I'm not seeing any problems on my end. Can you confirm that PT4 is allowed access through your firewall and antivirus software?

I have not change any setting for my computer.
Moreover, I close my firewall and antivirus software, and try again.
However, the problem is still continuous.
Now, my search is only about 75 table and 680 players.
In my experience, there are at least over 100 table and 1000 players now.
So that, I check the pokerscout.
I confirm that there are at least 120 table and 1100 players.
I am searching the 9 player table.
Can you help me to check again?!

Oh....
Now I search.
There is a window say that
"there were no tables that met your criteria"
However, I have not change any setting.

I'm definitely seeing results. Are you both using our latest version of PT4 (4.10.9)?

Then please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our
support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
