Tracking table cash game problem

Hello buddys, I track table cash game for observation, i am not sitting. But the tracker stop always at 30 hands observed, why? A friend who use that tracker can observed any tables and all time. What do you think about?

That's the limit imposed by us by PokerStars. Each site has its own rules about what is allowed and we follow them exactly.
