Hello everybody, apparently I have been subscribed for table tracker since last year november... I was not aware of this. How do I cancel the subscription, and is there any chance of getting some of that money back? I was not using it at all, after the trial month ended I was not planning to extend the subscription, therefore I have not made a single search since then. Best regards, Johnis

I've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription for you. You should not be charged further. I'm not certain on the exact details on our refund policy especially when it has been this long, but if you create a support ticket we'll direct you to the appropriate person who can help you.

edit: I tried the link above to cancel, but it said there is no subscription associated with my registration code. I just purchased the software and have not tried tabletracker, I have no interest in using it- so I want to make sure I don't get charged for it.

That message is correct as you have no Table Tracker subscription on your account.
