TableTracker Freezing for PokerStars

I have installed PT4 with Table Tracker on two different machines and I am getting exactly the same problem on both. (Clean install on a brand new machine the second time.)

When I run a search for tables with PokerStars selected, as soon as it begins populating the table list then it freezes and I am forced to CTL ALT DEL.

For some reason it is ONLY when PokerStars is selected, all other sites work just fine.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

If they asked us to remove support, we would. We don't fight with the sites, we all work together!

TableTracker doesn't automatically seat you, it just shows you who is playing at what tables and you need to decide for yourself where you want to sit.

Regardless, if PokerStars contacted us and asked us to remove support, we would certainly do so.
