Purge automatic notes

Purge automatic notes older that 60 days when I change to 90 or any other number and click ok then i see again Purge automatic notes older that 60 days

60 is just the default value for that box. If you change it and click Purge it purges based on the value there. That number is not saved.

What I need to do to change and save 100 for example?

That value is not saved. To purge notes older than 100 days, type in 100 in that box and click Purge.
