Face Flop All-in, Auto Note

Hello,

Considering the picture, how is it possible that a "facing 57%+ Flop All-in" auto-note gets triggered and a "facing 58%+ Flop All-in" isn't?
As far as I see, a "facing 297% Flop All-in" should get triggered", yet all 58%+ Auto-notes don't gets triggered.

2.32/(0.46 + 0.32) = 2.9743

At the point at which Hero has to decide whether to call or not the amount they would have to call is 1.46 and thethe pot at that time is 2.56 (their opponent#s effective bet of Hero's stack size = 1.46+0.32 = 1.78, plus the 46c in the pot and the 32c Hero already bet), so the calculation is:

1.46 / 2.56 = 0.57
