The opponent in question has two pair on all streets - the board pair counts.

So if the board is KT3, it would trigger?

Is there any way I can get this hand to note w/ a PP that is below T.P. on a paired board

Yes it should trigger then. Two pair using two hole cards (pocket pair) underpair should trigger I think.

Works and triggers now, I would've thought I had to mess with the (paired?) board filters. Not sure if that would work. Thanks again.
