PokerTracker

just bought pt4 in the last week, was told that i would get tabletracker for a month free. when i go on table tracker and start search nothing comes up before after several seconds it freezez my whole pokerrtacker4 and i have to alt+cnrl+del to close it and re open it again, also does my one month (assuming i can get it to work) start as soon as i purchase pt4 or not before i activate it and if so how do i activate it?? also when the free month is up do i have to manually end my subscription incase i automatically get charged or when the month is up it'll just terminate and not charge me anything? thanks a bunch

Which site are you searching for? We are in the process of upgrading the tournament servers and currently searches only work for PokerStars.

If you're searching for PokerStars and it's freezing please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on. We've seen this reported a few times and the TableTracker development team are looking into the issue so your logs will help us narrow down the problem.
I believe the trial period starts straight away - if problems stop you from using the trial period then please contact us again via your ticket when the problem is resolved (you'll get a notification via your ticket) and we'll be able to extend your trial so that you can test it out properly.
