Trying to setup a SB 3bet AI vs BU RFI definition but not getting any data when testing and i got my last 25k hands filtered in for this, here are the definitions...

A good way of testing definitions is to tag hands that should meet the criteria and then load those tagged hands in the test window (also make sure you are selecting the hands before testing so they are highlighted in blue).

You stated for BB you want raise over limper but in the player filter you have used "First Preflop Action Check". In the opponent filter SB is limping so they cannot also be the lead aggressor so you should just set a position of active player filter for them to 9 instead. Also you are using more filters than you need to e.g. in the opponents filter if you have a filter "Limped First In" set then there is no need to have filters for opportunity to open the pot, number of limpers 1, maximum raise unraised since all those would be true anyway when limping first in from the SB.
