I cannot submit ticket at support home and i want to cancell tabletracker
The email to my cancel order was filtered, so I did not cancel the order until I found the bill. Please cancel the order and give my money back to me, thanks.

We'd need to action that via a support ticket so close your browser, reopen it and then go to
http://support.pokertracker.com/support/ticket/30 to submit that request. If that does not help try another browser.

i have tried chrome ie...but it doesn't work!! still 403

Go to
https://support.pokertracker.com. Click "PokerTracker 4" and then click 'Contact Support'. Choose the category and you still get that same message? You may need to be logged into your PokerTracker.com account before you can access that page.

yes , i still get the same message~! i have logged into my account before i accessed that page

My apologies, our security software didn't like your username and thought it was a vulnerability.
It should be fixed now and you can proceed to submit your ticket.
