Can't test hands, hands not showing up

I want to test some notes before purging and re-running new notes but would love to test some out before this long process, but no hands load up to test? What am I missing?

Right-click on the empty NoteTracker report and select "Configure Report", click "Restore to Default" followed by "OK" and see if that fixes things.
