PokerTracker

So i'm using the 1 month free trial of Tabletracker.
I launch Pokerstars through PT4 & log in.
Then when i try to open the selected table it still says 'unable to open - Make sure u launch the site through Tabletracker etc..'
Pretty known issue it seems.
Any help please?

Unfortunately table opening isn't currently available. If you would like to be automatically notified when that's resolved then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.
