To disable a note select a note definition on the 'Edit' tab in NoteTracker and uncheck the 'Active' option. Next to it that is also a delete button if you want to remove the definition entirely. Disabling a or deleting a definition does not remove the notes from your database that have already been processed so once you have disabled/deleted a bunch of definitions you need to go to the 'Status' tab, purge the existing notes and then reprocess them.

I have deleted all notes and purge all automatic notes but now I have problem because stat: Live amout BB doest work. It is possible that deleting notes caused that ?

Deleting notes wouldn't affect that so are you playing a fast poker variant like Zoom, Speed or Fast Forward? Live stats are disabled for this gametype but if that's not the case please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.
