Does notetaker has some PS limitation?

I know some HUD stats are blocked while play on PS and it seems also when I have PS closed and I wanted to replay a hand, which is very strange.
Anyway... I'd like to make some definition with notetaker but before starting my journey I'd like to know whether it has some limitation as well

You do not need to have PokerStars closed to replay hands - only the PokerTracker 4 equity calculator is not permitted to be open while the PokerStars client is running. With regards to NoteTracker there are currently no limitations regarding its usage for any site.

Stats banned on PS are also banned on the replayer. Why?

Tracking applications such as PokerTracker 4 are not permitted to mimic the features of an otherwise prohibited HUD.

because of you can open replayer PT4 with stats on other noutbook on your off-line table and see them!
