Cant see my hands in PT4 mac osx...

The hud shows up in poker stars with stats but in the program pt4 it says how many hands have been lpayed with some stats but i can look into the hand histories? They have disappeared or something……Im must have done something wrong, pls help

Regardless, try right clicking the reports that appear empty, click Configure Report and then Restore to Default and let me know if that fixes things for you.

When I click on a session that contains like 1200 hands. In the hands for stake window there are no hands showing?

The most common issue in that case is having a filter enabled - either a filter in the sidebar or having a tag selected in the dropdown list above the hand report. If you can't see what is wrong please post a screenshot or attach it to a Support Ticket.

You have a tag selected. Click where it says "1 tag selected" and remove that tag and you will see your hands again.
