No custom stats after HUD profile import.

Postby viju » Wed Aug 14, 2013 11:32 am

Hello!

I imported a HUD profile with a lot of custom columns and stats made by my friend on PC to my MacBook. It works fine, but I see no imported custom stats and columns in Configure Statistics section (though I see all custom stats and columns made by myself). People who imported that HUD profile to PC see all those stats and colums. Is there a way to fix this?
One more issue: I tried to run Rebuild Cache procedure in order to get those stats, it hung PT4 and I had to force quit it every time.

Custom stats are not cached in PT4, so doing anything with the cache isn't going to make a difference. Are you running the trial? You cannot import custom stats into the trial.

I'm running full version. The stats are imported as far as I understand - I can see them in HUD while playing and in HUD editor. But for some reason I can not see and edit them in Configure Stats.

Are you looking in the right section? If they're tournament stats you'd need to change to T from $ at the top ($ is for cash stats).

Here's an example. 'Hands x.xk' is an imported stat. I can see it in HUD editor, it's a Cash HUD profile. But the only custom stat I see in Cash tab of Configure Stat box is 'Hands k', a stat I donwloaded from repository.

I've got this message when tried to delete the profile and reimport it again, maybe that's the reason I can't see the stats?

Please zip up and attach this HUD profile to a support ticket and we'll look into this further for you. Something does not seem right here.

The problem is solved. I deleted my original t_delayed_cbet_opp column and reimported the profile. There was no warning message during import and now I can see and edit all stats.

Hello, kraada!
Actually, there is still one problem unsolved: my HUD works, but it doesn't see the hands played before I imported the custom HUD. I'm sure these hands are not lost, because I can see them in Stats tab, it's just HUD doesn't see them for some reason. And Rebuild Cache procedure still hangs PT4. I tried to delete the custom HUD, all the stats that use cnt_t_delayed_cbet_opp column and the column itself, but it doesn't help.

Custom stats are not stored in the cache so that shouldn't affect the Rebuild Cache function.
If you use one of the built-in default Hud profiles does that show stats from all of your hands correctly?

If the cache rebuild fails please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4 then try to rebuild the cache and if/when it fails attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
