Permission issue

Hi,

I have downloaded pokertracker free trial for mac,

when I try open the program I get that there is a permission problem. Poker tracker then tries to resolve this, asking me to enter my admin password. After this there is still a problem and it says to consult disk utility.

When I open disk utility the option to verify disk permissions and repair disk permissions are greyed out. I can verify disk though and all is ok here.

please help.

If you click on your drive in the left hand side of Disk Utility those options should become available. Please try to run them then and let me know if that helps.

I ran the verify and the repair options for my HD. Did not solve issue.

I'm having the same problem and have opened a ticket regarding the issue. Did you figure a solution yet?
