Cant Add User

Hello, I cannot add a user to the database and so cannot use the program. It states:

"In order to run this report, you will need to select a player to run it against.
In the following window, please search for your player name on the poker network you play on."

When I then begin to search for a player by typing the first few letters nothing comes up. Even when I type in the full name. I have set up the site correctly and done everything else but just cannot add my first user from full tilt.

You don't add users to the database you add hands. As you import hands that you play in, that list will be populated with your player names automatically.

Well that makes sense. Seen as I have set up the site correctly shouldn't my hands (6-max rush) import automatically? I can't get any hand histories into the database?

Sorted it myself! Sorry.

For anyone else with this problem just go to Play poker tab (top left) and then choose get hands from disk.
