PT4 work all right, but I can not see(wiew hands today) and I can't play my hands with the replay. It help please.

If hands are importing but you can't see them in reports check that you have the right player selected in the Player List at the top of the sidebar on the left, and that you're looking at the correct cash ($) or tournament (T) section.
Also check that you don't have a filter set - clear anything in blue in the sidebar, and make sure that 'show marked hands only' is not enabled and no tags are selected in the list next to that.

If you still can't see your hands please open a Support Ticket and report your problem. Attach a screenshot along with your log file so that we can see what is going on.
