Can't get HUD to Work

Im sure this is a question thats been asked a number of times, but i am unable to find a fix. I purchased PT4 yesterday, running on PC with no real issues except names not lining up. When i've tried it on my mac laptop i cant seem to get the HUDS up at all. It also doesnt come up with any of my info when i get onto the database.

I am running OSX 10.6.8 and PT4 4.11.11 and playing on pokerstars.

Also in import config for PS it says pokerstars is not configured to save hand history.

Please any help would be greatful, am fairly new to mac use as well as PT4.

Please follow the PokerStars Configuration Guide to set things up on your Mac. Note that until you've imported some hands on your Mac you won't see any data there.
