AGAIN, what is this fucking dialog doing?

What is this dialog doing? Pops up when I press 'Get Hands While Playing'.

PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT THE OPERATION IS DOING!
Why is it so fucking hard? It's just bad UX. Don't suppose everyone is dumb.

PT4 requires elevated access control when you start Getting Hands While Playing while the Memory Grabber is enabled for PokerStars. You can turn this off via Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars if you wish, but if you do that, PT4 will no longer be able to import any observed hands from PokerStars, nor will we be able to display the HUD until the end of your first played hand at each table.
